Mr. Narasimha Pai P, B.Com, PGDHRM, FCS is the managing partner and founder of P N Pai & Co. His enhanced experience in this field and dedication towards clients has earned the trust for the company.
MS SONALI MALLYA
Ms. Sonali Mallya, BBM, MBA and ACS joined the firm as a partner to add her expertise to the firm. She has a rich background in the corporate sector and is experienced in handling a wide array of corporate assignments.
CS Sunayana J
CS Sunayana J is a Graduate in Commerce, an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Graduate in Law from Karnataka State Law University. She comes with more than 7 years of extensive expertise in the area of Corporate Laws including business set up in India and Overseas and FEMA. She has also served as a Financial Analyst in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for a period of 2 years.
CS Siddesh V Bhaktha
CS Siddesh V Bhaktha who is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries in addition to being a Lawyer with Commerce background. He has an extensive experience in the field of Secretarial Compliance, Non Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights, Litigation, Alternate Dispute Mechanism, Insolvency and Dishonour of Cheques. He has worked at Mallar Law Associates LLP, Mumbai before joining the firm as a Senior Advisor.
